We’re glad to see you here! On this page, you can register for the cup’s races and training sessions.
In 2027, the GERMAN FLATTRACK CUP will consist of four races and four practice sessions:
1. HESSEFLAT in Diedenbergen: May 7–8, 2026
2. WESTCOAST FLAT in Nordhastedt: June 19–20, 2027
3. MOONRACE in Halbemond: July 17–18, 2027
4. NEWKINK 360 in Neuenknick: August 21–22, 2027
Entry fee for individual races: € 75 / Entry fee for individual training sessions: € 35 / For those entering multiple classes: an additional € 20 per race.
Please note: Due to an increased number of classes, the number of entrants per class is limited. Registrations will be processed in the order they are received. To assist with planning, we are rewarding early registration. The pricing structure is provided below. Despite the addition of an extra training session and rising costs, we have maintained the same entry fees as last year:
– Registration for 4 races by October 31, 2026: € 360 (instead of € 440). After this date, the entry fee will increase by € 15 each month:
November: € 375 / December: € 390 / January: € 405 / February: € 420 / March: € 435 / April: € 450
– Registration for 3 races by October 31, 2026: € 300 (instead of € 330). After this date, the entry fee will increase by € 10 each month:-
November: € 300 / December: € 310 / January: € 320 / February: € 330 / March: € 340 / April: € 350
Minimum requirement per event: 50 registered riders. If this minimum is not met, the weekend will be converted into a training camp. In such a case, the entry fee will be refunded if you choose not to participate in the training camp.
Information for registering for multiple races or the entire GERMAN FLATTRACK CUP series (registration options for each individual event can be found under the corresponding menu items):
Minimum number of drivers per event: 40 entries. If this minimum is not met, the weekend will be converted into a training camp. The entry fee will be refunded if you do not wish to participate in the training camp.
The entry deadline is 14 days before each race.
Cancellation by the organizer (due to weather): Either a rescheduled date (refund for drivers unable to attend) or a refund of the entry fees.
Registrations are processed on a first-come, first-served basis, as the classes are limited: 12 or 18 drivers (in two of the seven classes) are permitted. Once a class is full, it is full. A waiting list will then be created.
Cancellation by the organizer (due to weather): Either a rescheduled date will be offered (with refunds available for riders unable to attend the new date), or entry fees will be refunded. If the race has to be cancelled during the event day due to poor weather, entry fees cannot be refunded, as the organizer will have already incurred all associated costs by that point. We appreciate your understanding.
