On this page you can register for the HESSEFLAT race in Diedenbergen on May 15th/16th, 2026. A race as part of the German Flattrack Cup.

IMPORTANT: 12 starters per class: For organizational reasons, at the request of the clubs, and based on the experience of last season, the total number of starting places is limited. Therefore, only 12 starting places are guaranteed in each class. We will be able to increase the two classes with the most registrations (in our estimation, ROOKIE and CLASSIC) to 18 riders.
Note: If you want to register for MULTIPLE races of the GERMAN FLATTRACK CUP, we recommend switching to this page, where you will find all the information in one place and can also register for them all at once:

Information for registration for the GFC race in Diedenbergen.
The event is organized by the MSC Diedenbergen. The following regulations have been established by the MSC:

Race entry fee: €75,-
Training entry fee: €35,- (only bookable as part of a package)
Double starters: Plus €20,-.
Minimum number of riders: 40 entries. If this minimum is not reached, the weekend will be converted into a training camp.
Entry deadline: May 1, 2026
Refunds are only issued for cancellations if a replacement rider for the corresponding class is on the waiting list and participates, or if a replacement rider is nominated by the canceling rider.
Cancellation by the organizer (weather): Either a rescheduled date (refund for drivers unable to attend) or a refund of the entry fees. If the race has to be canceled during race day due to bad weather, entry fees unfortunately cannot be refunded, as the organizer will have already incurred all costs by that point. We appreciate your understanding.
ATTENTION: NEW HELMET RULES:
NO COMPLIANCE WITHOUT STANDARDS, NO START POSSIBLE:
Starting in the 2026 season, races with a DMSB license will only be permitted with helmets that comply with the new ECE 22-06 helmet standard. For insurance reasons, clubs will therefore only allow starters whose helmets meet this standard to participate in races.
This regulation also applies to the German Flattrack Cup, as a DMSB license is required for this event. NO ECE 22-06 STANDARD, NO START IN THE RACE!
How can I tell if a helmet complies with the ECE standard?
A helmet with ECE approval will have a certification mark. The “E 6” in a circle indicates that the helmet has passed the certification test. This certification mark can be found on a patch, the chin strap, or the helmet’s inner lining. Additionally, there is often a sticker with the corresponding ECE marking on the back of the helmet shell, e.g., “E1 061401/J-1952”. This indicates that the helmet has undergone the testing process and meets the required standards.
