We\u2019re glad to see you here! On this page, you can register for the cup\u2019s races and training sessions.<\/p>\n

\"\"In 2027, the GERMAN FLATTRACK CUP will consist of four races and four practice sessions:<\/p>\n

1. HESSEFLAT<\/strong> in Diedenbergen: May 7\u20138, 2026<\/p>\n

2. WESTCOAST FLAT<\/strong> in Nordhastedt: June 19\u201320, 2027<\/p>\n

3. MOONRACE<\/strong> in Halbemond: July 17\u201318, 2027<\/p>\n

4. NEWKINK 360<\/strong> in Neuenknick: August 21\u201322, 2027<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Entry fee for individual races: \u20ac 75 \/ Entry fee for individual training sessions: \u20ac 35 \/ For those entering multiple classes: an additional \u20ac 20 per race.<\/p>\n

Please note: Due to an increased number of classes, the number of entrants per class is limited. Registrations will be processed in the order they are received. To assist with planning, we are rewarding early registration. The pricing structure is provided below. Despite the addition of an extra training session and rising costs, we have maintained the same entry fees as last year:<\/span><\/p>\n

– Registration for 4 races by October 31, 2026:<\/strong> \u20ac 360 (instead of \u20ac 440). After this date, the entry fee will increase by \u20ac 15 each month:<\/p>\n

November: \u20ac 375 \/ December: \u20ac 390 \/ January: \u20ac 405 \/ February: \u20ac 420 \/ March: \u20ac 435 \/ April: \u20ac 450<\/p>\n

– Registration for 3 races by October 31, 2026:<\/strong> \u20ac 300 (instead of \u20ac 330). After this date, the entry fee will increase by \u20ac 10 each month:-<\/p>\n

November: \u20ac 300 \/ December: \u20ac 310 \/ January: \u20ac 320 \/ February: \u20ac 330 \/ March: \u20ac 340 \/ April: \u20ac 350<\/p>\n

Minimum requirement per event: 50 registered riders. If this minimum is not met, the weekend will be converted into a training camp. In such a case, the entry fee will be refunded if you choose not to participate in the training camp.<\/p>\n

Information for registering for multiple races or the entire GERMAN FLATTRACK CUP series (registration options for each individual event can be found under the corresponding menu items):<\/p>\n

Minimum number of drivers per event: 40 entries. If this minimum is not met, the weekend will be converted into a training camp. The entry fee will be refunded if you do not wish to participate in the training camp.<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/a>The entry deadline is 14 days before each race.<\/p>\n

Cancellation by the organizer (due to weather): Either a rescheduled date (refund for drivers unable to attend) or a refund of the entry fees.<\/p>\n

Registrations are processed on a first-come, first-served basis, as the classes are limited: 12 or 18 drivers (in two of the seven classes) are permitted. Once a class is full, it is full. A waiting list will then be created.<\/p>\n

Cancellation by the organizer (due to weather): Either a rescheduled date will be offered (with refunds available for riders unable to attend the new date), or entry fees will be refunded. If the race has to be cancelled during the event day due to poor weather, entry fees cannot be refunded, as the organizer will have already incurred all associated costs by that point. We appreciate your understanding.<\/p>\n
