Information about the FLATLAND 360 in Moorwinkelsdamm: The race in Moorwinkelsdamm is also the FINAL RACE under floodlights. It is part of the WHEELS & WAKE (www.wheelsandwake.de) event, which takes place over four days. Therefore, the FLATLAND 360 is limited to the race on Friday. Due to unforeseen circumstances, there will be no practice day.<\/p>\n

The entry fee for the FLATLAND 360<\/strong> is \u20ac75.<\/p>\n

Cancellation by the organizer (weather): Either a rescheduled date (refund for drivers unable to attend) or a refund of the entry fees. If the race has to be canceled during the race day due to bad weather, entry fees unfortunately cannot be refunded, as the organizer will have already incurred all costs by that point. We appreciate your understanding.<\/p>\n

The entry deadline is September 1, 2026.<\/p>\n

For cancellations of booked entries, refunds will be issued up to four weeks before the race. After this date, refunds will only be issued if a replacement driver for the corresponding class is on the waiting list and starts, or if a replacement driver is nominated by the canceling driver. The clubs\/race organizers would like to add the following note: A racing series is only financially and organizationally sustainable if there is a certain level of commitment from the registrations. This is in the interest of the organizers and ultimately also of the drivers, who desire a reliable and long-term organization. (Of course, there are exceptions in cases of long-term injuries that prevent general participation in races booked well in advance. This policy is primarily intended to discourage short-notice cancellations due to “lack of motivation” or “weather,” as these hinder\/prevent race organization for the participating drivers.)<\/p>\n

ATTENTION: NEW HELMET RULES:<\/span><\/p>\n

\"\"NO COMPLIANCE WITHOUT STANDARDS, NO START POSSIBLE:<\/span>
\nStarting in the 2026 season, races with a DMSB license will only be permitted with helmets that comply with the new ECE 22-06 helmet standard. For insurance reasons, clubs will therefore only allow starters whose helmets meet this standard to participate in races.<\/span><\/p>\n

This regulation also applies to the German Flattrack Cup, as a DMSB license is required for this event. NO ECE 22-06 STANDARD, NO START IN THE RACE!<\/span><\/p>\n

How can I tell if a helmet complies with the ECE standard?<\/span><\/p>\n

A helmet with ECE approval will have a certification mark. The “E 6” in a circle indicates that the helmet has passed the certification test. This certification mark can be found on a patch, the chin strap, or the helmet’s inner lining. <\/span><\/p>\n
